Ingredients for 2 Artesano Hot Beverages L glasses:

• 600 ml milk
• 120 g white chocolate
• 2 cl amaretto (as needed)
• 150 ml whipping cream
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• meringue to garnish

WHITE CHOCOLATE WITH CINNAMON CREAM

Preparation

1. Heat the milk in a pot. Chop the chocolate and add to the pot. Stir until the chocolate melts. Add the amaretto.

2. Whisk the whipping cream with the ground cinnamon until frothy. Pour the hot chocolate into the double-walled Artesano Hot Beverage glasses and garnish with the cream and crumbled meringues.

• 600 ml Milch
• 120 g weiße Schokolade
• 2 cl Amaretto (bei Bedarf)
• 150 ml Schlagsahne
• 1 TL Zimtpulver
• Baisergebäck zur Deko

WEISSE SCHOKOLADE MIT ZIMTSAHNE

Zubereitung

1. Milch in einem Topf erwärmen. Die Schokolade kleinhacken und in den Topf geben. Verrühren bis die Schokolade flüssig ist. Amaretto hinzufügen.

2. Schlagsahne mit Zimtpulver aufschlagen. Die warme Schokomilch in die doppelwandigen Artesano Hot Beverage Gläser füllen und mit Sahne und gebröseltem Baisergebäck garnieren.

Preparation:

1. Warm milk in a pot. Chop and add chocolate. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add Amaretto.

2. Whip the cream with the cinnamon powder. Fill the warm chocolate milk into the double-walled Artesano Hot Beverage glasses and garnish with whipped cream and crumbled pastry pieces.
