WHITE CHOCOLATE WITH CINNAMON CREAM
1. Heat the milk in a pot. Chop the chocolate and add to the pot. Stir until the chocolate melts. Add the amaretto.
2. Whisk the whipping cream with the ground cinnamon until frothy. Pour the hot chocolate into the double-walled Artesano Hot Beverage glasses and garnish with the cream and crumbled meringues.
