Aureus Saucer soup cup

This saucer soup cup forms part of Villeroy & Boch’s opulent tableware décor Aureus. The title Aureus derives itself from the Latin word for gold "Aurum" which gives you a hint already of some of the opulence of the collection. The basic colour of this saucer soup cup as of all pieces of this range is Celadon, classical Light Green, which has a long porcelain tradition in the Far East. In addition, there are floral patterns which look like accidentally spread flowers and make this collection special. Aureus can be briefly described as a luxuriously ornate design on a classic dinnerware form.
