How long do I have do complete my tableware service? Is there an availability guarantee?

We do not offer an availability guarantee for a specific period. You can register your tableware service with Villeroy & Boch. If your porcelain should ever be discontinued, our after-sales service will notify you in advance - up to 12 months before your series is phased out. This leaves plenty of time to buy replacements or complete the set.

Is there an availability service for cutlery or glasses too?

No, we only offer the notification service for tableware series. You can check the availability of other items on our website at any time.

Can I purchase more items for my Christmas series later?

Order Christmas online all year round: Our popular Toy's DelightWinter Bakery Delight collections can be purchased all year round. 

I can’t find my tableware service on your website. Can I still purchase items?

All currently available collections are listed in our online shop. Any tableware services that are not featured are unfortunately no longer available.

How long do I have to buy items for my tableware service?

  • The future availability of your decor is determined primarily by continued demand.
  • The free availability service will send you an email to warn you in advance of the discontinuation of your Villeroy & Boch decor to allow you to purchase any missing items.
